The reason you were kicked was having a 100mil fleet - boosted by Death Stars - with no recyclers. I don't know the history of why you were derbed previously, however having a perfect rec sniping/suicide fleet caused quite concern. We asked a number of old 13th about this but none could answer as to why your fleet set up was like that. Understandably we were also hesitant to ask you - as you could receive the message and then simply attack with the fleet.
